I’m Sarah, a California wedding photographer specializing in intimate weddings and elopements in Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and across the high desert—and I travel throughout California for love stories of all kinds. I shoot a mix of digital and 35mm film to create images that feel timeless, organic, and full of joy.
My approach is quiet, intentional, and deeply rooted in emotion. I wait for the real moments—tears, laughter, side-eyes and surprise—the things you can’t plan, but never want to forget. Whether you’re gathering with your favorite people in a wild desert landscape or exchanging vows in a thoughtfully styled backyard, I’ll be there to capture it with care and heart.

Investment
For most weddings my rate is $400 per hour. This includes all edited images in high resolution plus full print rights. All weddings are shot in a combo of 35mm film and digital. Additional photographers, plus add on services like rehearsal dinner coverage or farewell party coverage are available. I also love making custom photo gifts. See your gallery for choices.
What about prints?
Prints, Canvases, Albums and much more are available in your gallery shop. I love the custom USBs, which you can add on when booking if desired. Products are sourced through different companies depending on the product. Albums are from Red Tree. Prints are from Miller's Lab or The Dark Room Lab. When we see our family photos on the wall it helps us understand our journey and our cozy place in a challenging world. Your images should live as artwork on your walls. Wedding clients get a gallery reveal meeting to discuss which products and finishes will work best for their favorite images.
What is Included?
Images are shot in a combination of 35mm film and Digital. All collections include all edited images in high resolution plus full print rights. Film Images are developed and scanned by Photovision in Salem, Oregon. These images will be placed in your gallery along with the digitals. Artwork, Albums, Prints and many other beautiful products are available in your gallery shop. Some wedding packages include custom keepsake hard drives, Albums and more.

How far ahead should I book my wedding photographer?
One year ahead is the standard, however smaller weddings tend to happen more last minute. Do not hesitate to inquire last minute.
Do you offer a client styling consult?
I do love sharing my knowledge of current wedding trends. Every one of my couples has my ear for ideas free of charge. From favor ideas, theme ideas, and guest experience elements.
Do you recommend including family pets?
YES! I love to include fur babies. Please do let me know so that I can be sure the location you choose allows animals.
How soon will I receive the gallery?
Typical delivery is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the collection you select. Processing the film and composing the gallery just right takes time. Rush delivery is available for an extra charge.
Do you offer planning services?
Yes. I can find you the perfect florals, desserts, taco trucks, a place to stay, a venue, an officiant and more. Inquire for more info on planning services.
Can I order prints?
You get full print rights. You can order prints, canvases, greeting cards and other photo art directly from the gallery. You can also order from wherever you choose.
